Every order ships with tracking. When the parcel leaves, you get the code by email (check your spam). Outside Europe? Email us.
Exchanges and returns
The law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014) gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. We give you 15 days after you receive your order to request an exchange or return.
- Exchanges: you send the piece back to us; reshipping the new one has a fixed cost of €5. If you use the exchange to buy a different product, shipping is on us.
- Returns: refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping cost, via the same payment method, within 14 days of telling us about the return. If you prefer, a store credit. Sending it back to us is at your expense.
- Condition of the piece: unworn and unwashed, with tags and, whenever possible, in the original packaging. If it doesn't come back that way, we may refuse the exchange or deduct the loss in value from the refund.
- Our mistake or a defect: we cover all costs. All pieces have a 3-year legal warranty.
- Exception: personalised items cannot be returned.
How does it work? Request it in your account or email tratante@tratante.pt with your order number, the reason and, for an exchange, the size you want. Then send the piece to the Oficina (address under Contact).

Orders and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
MB WAY, Multibanco, card, PayPal and Apple Pay. We accept everything except promises.
Is it safe to pay here?
Safer than your grandmother's password. Payment is made at the Shopify checkout, encrypted.
Can I cancel or change the order?
To cancel, request it in your customer area or via email while the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To change the size or address, write to us as soon as possible at tratante@tratante.pt: if it has not yet left, we will take care of it.
I have a discount code. Where do I use it?
At checkout, in the discount code field. It is applied immediately.
I forgot to use the code. Is it still possible?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, get in touch with us. We'll sort it out.
Shipping
Do I have a tracking number?
Always. When the package leaves, you will receive the code by email. Did it not arrive? Check your spam folder. If it is not there, get in touch with us.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
We ship throughout Europe, with costs and delivery times calculated at checkout. For destinations outside Europe, please send us an email and we will look into it with you.
Exchanges and returns
How long do I have to exchange or return it?
15 days after receiving the order. One day more than the law requires.
When do I get my refund?
Within 14 days of you notifying us of the return, via the same payment method, including the initial shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. If you prefer, we can issue a store voucher.
Sizes and items
What is my size?
Use Fast Size in the size guide: compare with one of your own pieces and see the difference in centimetres.
Regular or Oversize?
Regular: classic fit, true to size. Oversize: loose and relaxed. When in doubt, use the size guide.
Do t-shirts shrink?
Almost nothing: they are made of pre-shrunk cotton. Wash inside out, at a maximum of 30 °C, and do not tumble dry.
How do I take care of the items?
Wash at 30 °C, inside out. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Iron only inside out and away from the print. Line dry in the shade.
How heavy is the fabric?
Regular T-shirt 190 g/m², Oversize T-shirt 240 g/m², Sweatshirt 265 g/m², Hoodie 290 g/m². Heavyweight fabric, made to last.
And do the prints hold up?
They withstand time and the washing machine. They only come out if you use bleach as perfume. Don't do that.
Where are the pieces made?
The t-shirts, both regular and oversize, are made in Portugal. For the sweatshirts and hoodies, the base garment comes from trusted international partners: the design is ours, created in Braga, and we handle the final customization and details. That is why they carry the "Design Made in Portugal" label.

You can. The Oficina is in Braga, at Centro Comercial Galécia (shop 54, 1st floor). By appointment only: send us a message and we'll set it up.
