🔁 EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Something didn't match your order? Relax — we've got you covered. 💥
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, you have 15 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

📦 Returns

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facilities, except in cases of error or defect on our part.
  • The product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of use or washing, with tags intact and, whenever possible, accompanied by the original packaging.

After receiving and verifying:

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after notification of the return, and may be withheld until the item or proof of shipment is received.
  • If you prefer, a store voucher can be issued, upon express request.

🔄 Exchanges

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • The reshipment of the new part has a fixed cost of €5 (shipping).
    👉 If, at the time of the exchange, you choose to purchase another product, we will cover the shipping costs of the new shipment.

❗ Our mistake or defective product.
In these cases:

  • We cover all shipping costs.
  • Exchanges, returns, or refunds will be handled entirely by us.

💡 Exceptions
We do not accept returns of:

  • Customized items;
  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or without tags;
  • Other cases legally provided for as exceptions to the right of free resolution.

TRATANTE® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
