This document establishes the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the website www.tratante.pt and the purchase of products marketed under the TRATANTEĀ® brand.
By browsing the website or placing an order, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

šļø 2. Products and Orders
TRATANTEĀ® sells clothing and accessories through its website.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to technical factors (screen, lighting, etc.).
The order is considered complete after payment confirmation.
TRATANTEĀ® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following situations:

Stock error;

Payment failure or non-confirmation;

Suspected fraud;

Obvious error in the product price or description.
š³ 3. Payments
Payment methods available at checkout are accepted (e.g., Card, MB Way, Multibanco, PayPal).
Payments are processed by certified external entities.
TRATANTEĀ® does not store bank details.
The invoices are issued with the following information:
"VAT ā Exemption Regime (Art. 53 CIVA)".
š¦ 4. Shipments
Orders are shipped from Portugal.
The estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation , unless otherwise indicated.
After shipment, the delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.
Shipping times and costs are displayed before checkout.
TRATANTEĀ® is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or unforeseen external circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, logistical restrictions).
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer at the time of delivery.
š 5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 15 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The customer must communicate their intention to return the item in writing to tratante@tratante.pt within the legal deadline.
Conditions:

The item must be free of signs of use, washing, or damage;

It must include intact labels and, whenever possible, the original packaging;

Shipping to our facilities is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error or defect on our part.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after notification of the return, and may be withheld until the item is received or proof of shipment is provided.
Alternatively, a store voucher may be issued, upon the customer's express request.
TRATANTEĀ® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
š 6. Exchanges
TRATANTEĀ® allows exchanges up to 15 days after receiving the order .
Conditions:

The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facilities.

The reshipping of the new part to the customer has a fixed cost of ā¬5 (shipping);

If the customer chooses to purchase a different product at the time of the exchange, the shipping cost for the new shipment will be covered.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
ā 7. Defective products
Under Decree-Law No. 84/2021, the products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty against conformity defects.
In case of defect:

The customer must report the situation in writing;

TRATANTEĀ® will cover the shipping costs;

Repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be provided, as applicable by law.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
š 8. Responsibility
TRATANTEĀ® does not guarantee that the website will function uninterrupted or free of technical errors.
You are not responsible for:

Damages resulting from misuse of the website;

Interruptions caused by third parties;

Technical problems beyond your control.

By subscribing to the newsletter, the user agrees to receive promotional communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website, in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity:
