TRATANTE® is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data in the context of website use, order fulfillment, and contact.

Consent is recorded and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out up to that date.

Payments are processed by certified external entities (MBWay, PayPal, Stripe / Shopify Payments).

TRATANTE® does not have access to or store bank card details.

  • Orders and invoicing: 10 years (legal obligation)

After a deletion request, we erase all data that is not legally required to be retained.
