Relax — nobody is born knowing how the organized chaos of TRATANTE® works. Everything is explained here, without any fuss or corporate copy-pasting.
When will I receive my scene?
Quick and to the point:
🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal (Express): 2-5 business days;
🇵🇹 Portugal Islands (Registered): 4/7 business days;
🌍 Europe: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs?
🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal 5€ (free from 40€); 🇵🇹 Islands Portugal R$ 9 (free from R$ 80); 🌍 International R$ 20 (free from R$ 150)
Do you ship outside of Europe?
Yes. Send me a DM or email so we can arrange something.
Do you ship with tracking?
Always. As soon as the package leaves the nest, you receive the code.
If it didn't arrive in your email, check your spam folder. If nothing else, contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only if it hasn't been sent yet.

Payment methods?
MBWay, Multibanco, Card, PayPal and Apple Pay — we accept everything, except promises.
Is it safe?
More secure than grandma's password: everything encrypted and sealed.
Can I return or exchange it?
Delivery time: 15 days after receiving the order.
Exchanges:
You send the part to us, and the reshipping of the new one has a fixed cost of €5.
If you take advantage of the exchange to buy another product, we'll offer free shipping.
Returns:
We offer refunds via the same payment method, or we can issue a store credit if you prefer.
Condition:
The item must be new, unused, unwashed, with tags intact and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
If there is a defect or error on our part, we will assume all costs.
How do I do it?

Reason for exchange or return;
- If it's an exchange, please specify the desired size;
You take care of the shipping for us; we'll take care of the rest.

When will I receive a refund or exchange?
Up to 7 business days after we receive the return. No stress.
What's my size?
Check the SIZE GUIDE page. Unsure? Go up a size and chill out.
Regular vs Oversize?
Regular — classic cut. Oversize — wide, loose, and badass.
Do t-shirts shrink?
Almost nothing. They are made of pre-shrunk cotton. Follow the rules of the champions' laundry: – Wash inside out – Max. 30ºC – No tumble dry – Iron only on the B side
How should I care for my pieces?
Wash at 30°C, turn the garment inside out, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron only on the reverse side and never over the print, and let it dry in the shade.
Top quality or just talk?
T-shirts 190/240g, sweatshirts 280g, sweatshirts 265g — thick, soft, premium knit fabric. Made to last even after a mosh pit.
And the prints?
They withstand the test of time (and the washing machine). They only come off if you use bleach as perfume—don't do that.
Where are clothes made?
We produce between Portugal and trusted international partners.
I have a promotional code. How do I use it?
At checkout, you enter it in the indicated field and voilà — discount applied.
I forgot the code, is it still valid?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, talk to us — we might be able to sort it out.
